User Access and Licensing
The cost of each training module is per individual user. Only the registered user is permitted to use the associated username and password. Sharing login details for group learning is strictly prohibited, and we reserve the right to withdraw access if misuse is suspected. If multiple people attempt to use the same login simultaneously, access may be automatically disabled.

Scope of Purchase
Your purchase grants access only to the specific module(s) purchased. Additional materials must be purchased separately. 

Refund Policy
Refunds are issued at the discretion of the management. However, refunds will not be granted if the user has viewed 50% or more of the course assessments. If a refund is approved, access will be revoked, and associated records may be deleted.

Copyright and Usage Restrictions
All content on the Wizard Learning website is copyrighted and intended for personal use only. Copying, reproducing, or sharing any material is strictly prohibited.

Accuracy and Liability Disclaimer
While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our training materials, we do not accept liability for any losses incurred by reliance solely on the information provided. Our products do not include a tutor support service, and we are unable to respond to queries requesting additional explanations.

Exam Performance Disclaimer
Wizard Learning does not guarantee exam success. Passing an exam depends on individual preparation, comprehension, and application of knowledge. Candidates are encouraged to use additional recommended study materials as advised by the awarding body.

Digital Downloads
Any digital downloads (including audio files and documents) may contain watermarking or Digital Rights Management (DRM) technology to identify the licensed user.

Access Duration and Annual Updates
Purchased training materials are accessible for the period specified at the time of purchase. Our annual update process takes place from late August, during which time content transitions to reflect syllabus changes. All purchases are bound by this crossover period.

Communications and Marketing
Registered users and those subscribed to our website updates will receive emails about new features, special offers, and financial updates. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email or by adjusting your preferences in your "My Account" settings.

Use of Training Materials
Our materials are designed exclusively for study and CPD purposes. They should not be relied upon for giving financial advice to clients.

Online-Only Access
All materials are provided exclusively online, with 24/7 access. We do not provide printed copies, ensuring competitive pricing and an environmentally friendly learning experience.

CPD Subscription Policy
The minimum subscription period for our accredited CPD system is six months. If payments are stopped before this period, access will be removed, and the user will not be eligible to use the system again in the future.
